Date of first scientific workshop decided
The Core team has decided upon the dates for the first scientific workshop, to be held
in Girona at 22-23 September.
Because of the change from FP7 to H2020 (and correspondingly, from ESF to COST
Association), there is a slight delay in the signing of the contract between the COST
Office and the Grant Holder (Univ. Girona), because the contract between the EU and
the COST Association has not yet been signed (but this should be done "soon").
Until these contracts have been signed we can not do anything, but I hope that within
a few weeks all will be done and we can send the formal invitations to you. Until then
do not book any flights or hotel, you'll be notified in detail in due course how and when
this should be done.
