Sixth scientific workshop: Lisboa, Day 2 (March 31, 2017)
Today the Sixth Scientific Workshop continued in Carcavelos.
On this second day we started with a Keynote talk by Jalila Simaan,
and a funny anecdote by Ricardo Louro how she came to be invited
as Keynote speaker. Afterwards we had more talks about spins in
transition metal chemistry, including one discussing a paper that
had just been accepted in Angewandte Chemie half an hour before
the talk (Congrats Marten!).
The scientific part ended by an inspiring talk by our Invited Expert,
Pat Holland from Yale.
The meeting ended with Working Group meetings and finally a MC meeting.
